A nationally recognized therapist specializing in PTSD, grief/loss, moral injury, and trauma-related neurological impact. She has worked extensively with veterans, first responders, and law enforcement agencies across the country.

Alfred Greg Birch, Command Sergeant Major (Retired)
With over 30 years in Army Special Operations, Greg has extensive experience in leadership and peer counseling. He brings firsthand insights into resilience and mental preparedness for high-stress professions.
